Each booking is a 1.5-hour hire, delivered on the date and time of your entrance at your stated venue: 30 minutes for set-up, pictures and videos, 30 minutes for the entrance itself, and 30 minutes of flexibility for any adjustments or delays.

Yes — our team is present for the entire duration of the booking to set up, orchestrate the entrance and assist throughout. We’ll also capture pictures and videos of the entrance; please let us know before booking if you’d prefer these weren’t shared on our social media, and kindly inform your photographers and videographers of our presence so everyone can coordinate beautifully.
Following the entrance, we kindly ask that the canopy is promptly brought out of the wedding venue for a smooth and convenient handover to our team, ensuring seamless post-event arrangements.
